• All items are refurbished unless otherwise stated.
• Each product is tested, inspected, and restored to meet or exceed OEM standards.
• Cosmetic conditions may vary; photos may not depict the exact unit shipped.
• Each product includes a 90-day limited warranty unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise arranged.

4. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• We offer Two-Day Priority Shipping for most U.S. orders.
• Free Two-Day Shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or events beyond our control.
• Oversized or freight items may require additional handling time.

5. Returns and Warranty

• A 90-day warranty covers functionality defects not caused by misuse or mishandling.
• To start a return, email blkinternationalllc@gmail.com within the warranty period.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection and approval.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items may be deducted from the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the order falls under our return policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

BLK International LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or data loss. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
