Return & Refund Policy

At BLK International LLC, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each refurbished product is carefully inspected, tested, and backed by our 90-day limited warranty. If your item doesn’t meet expectations, we make the return process simple and transparent.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, packaging, and serial labels.
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
  • Special-order or clearance items may be final sale, as noted on the product listing.

90-Day Limited Warranty

All refurbished products are covered by a 90-day functional warranty from the delivery date.

  • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship not caused by the customer.
  • If a defect is verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, or misuse.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email blkinternationalllc@gmail.com or call (404) 940-8933 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Repack the product securely in its original box with all materials and include the RMA number on the label.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, our technicians inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

💲 Refunds & Restocking

  • Approved returns receive a full refund minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns or items missing accessories.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper installation.
  • Products missing serial numbers or security labels.
  • Software, digital downloads, or consumables (e.g., inks or toners).

⚡ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We’ll coordinate a replacement, repair, or carrier claim as appropriate.
