Two-Day Priority Shipping Policy

At BLK International LLC, we know you want your order fast. We offer Two-Day Priority Shipping on eligible items — and Free Two-Day Shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Two-Day Priority delivers within 2 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or remote destinations.

Free Shipping (Orders ≥ $150)

  • Free Two-Day Priority Shipping applies to carts totaling $150 or more (before tax and after discounts) shipped within the continental U.S.
  • Orders under $150 show a real-time shipping rate at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship with trusted carriers: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Large & Freight Shipments

  • Oversized/heavy items (e.g., large printers, pro audio rigs, industrial equipment) may require freight service.
  • Freight deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days after shipment and may need dock or liftgate access. Our team will coordinate details after checkout.

Order Accuracy & Security

  • To protect our customers, we may verify billing and shipping details before release.
  • If additional information is needed, we’ll contact you promptly to avoid delays.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email blkinternationalllc@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info.
  • We’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Two-Day Priority applies to in-stock, eligible items shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Some destinations (AK/HI, PO boxes, APO/FPO) and certain items may not qualify for Two-Day service or free shipping.
  • Free shipping threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal (before tax; after discounts).
