  • Bank Transfer / ACH: Available for approved business accounts and bulk orders

  • All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully authorized.
  • Card and PayPal payments are captured at checkout.
  • Wire/ACH orders are processed after funds are confirmed.
  • If authorization fails, you’ll be notified to update your payment method.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted with SSL.
  • Payment data is processed by certified gateways; we do not store full card details.

Fraud Prevention

  • All orders undergo automated fraud screening.
  • We may verify billing and shipping details before release.
  • Unverifiable or suspicious orders may be held or canceled for security.

Invoices & Receipts

  • A detailed invoice is emailed upon successful payment.
  • Business clients can request itemized invoices with tax ID and purchase details.
  • Unless otherwise arranged in writing, payment is due at order time.

Refunds

  • Refunds for canceled or returned orders are issued to the original payment method.
  • After approval, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days (bank/processor dependent).

Unpaid or Canceled Orders

  • Orders not paid within 48 hours may be automatically canceled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect billing or suspected unauthorized use.
